My experience with Factory furniture very bad,

The sales ppl here are not co-operative and they do not follow a defined process I booked a Sofa & Dining table on 29th March 2015 and till date I have had 4 personal visits and multiple call to know status of delivery, No one starting from store manager to all other sales executive not ready to commit a date.

It’s frustrating to not get delivery till date and most importantly I do not even have date from the management. I am planning to cancel my order.
