From many from false promises of our d delivery date ,and just the lack of concern from management, unless we call or go tthe store we didn't hear anyone.we orders our furniture in may ,and after that we was promised every month from there on. Even though we were promised to have it in june. We half in October and we just received the other half of a bed. And the bed could not be put together because there was a missing slit in the head board.

We a bed back in may, we were promised the order would be ready in june .....June came and went no bed then July...came and no bed and this continued on with out a call from any one at the store ...

Several time to inquire about the order, we finally got part of the order in October, and we just got the frame of the bed on 12/26/2020. And while the delivery Man was putting the bed together we found out that the head board was missing the slit on one side, so after almost five months our bed is still not functioning properly. I will never buy anything from this store again or recommend it to anyone.

Very POOR service, after the sale!!

Hi, my name is Nino Mendoza, and I bought a California King Size bed for over $1600.00 (on date), with a 5 years of warranty on it. I was very specific with Renee as to what we needed this bed for. When I got the bed all seemed okay. But, when we tried to fit the two twin adjustable beds inside the bed frame, the Top of the twin beds fitted like a glove. And we could adjusted the heads of the adjustable beds, there was NO PROBLEM. However, the foot of the adjustable beds were so tight that we had very difficult time putting the side railings on. Once we got the railings on, we COULD NOT move the foot base of the adjustable bed at all. WHY? The problem was (and is), that the head board has TWO SLITS on each side of the headboard, in which to put the side railings (for adjustment), while the footboard ONLY has ONE. I don't understand, common sense dictates the fact, that if the headboard has two slits (for adjustments), the footboard should have the same, otherwise the mattress with NOT fit properly, ii the outer slits have to be used, as in our case. I have been calling "Shop Factory Direct" for about a month now and have spoke with several of the receptionists there, and none of them have been able to resolve my problem. One of them (Barbara), has been asking us for all kinds of photos (to which we have complied with), to send to the manufacture, and that was almost two weeks ago. I've called at least 3 times after that and all I get is: "We're working on it." Kalyn, another of your receptionists said to me on Monday (07/29/19) that she was going to contact the manufacture and get back to me in a day or so but, that hasn't happened, so call again and spoke with Barbara and as always, said that they were working on it. I told Ms. Barb that if they didn't contact me on this matter within 24 hours, I was going to send a complaint letter and very poor rating on their service to Factory Direct. She said she would let Kalyn know. We've been very patient about all this but, honestly, we're getting a bit frustrated, for it seems that lately, we've just been getting the RUN-AROUND. I really hate complaining. But, in this you all left me no choice. And the rating will also reflect my disappointment.

I bought the queen bed and box set for $320 with delivery to dekalb. Kept telling me they were on their way the first scheduled delivery day. Then oushed to next day, today 4/11 well he said they were on their way, next message states they cant come and told me to "suck a *** really bad company do not fall for it

I bought the furniture from shop factory direct (online) more expensive than other place. Sales women explained to me, other store have it for cheapest price because they don’t have good customer service after purchasing and don’t taking care of the customer and they may take your money and never sending the furniture to you but shop factory responsible for any problem after purchasing. I bought $4600 furniture from shop factory but they gotten stain easily, even from water. Shop factory sent me a cleaning product guardian protection products inc but after using that, stain gotten worse than before. then they send me the person from professional company, quick professional fabric care. He had a though time to clean the stain from water and he said this is not a good fabric, if it gets stain from vine or something else, professional company cleaner may not able to clean it. Then I called the shop factory and explained to them. shop factory said I should give them one more chance to help me to clean the stain. They were going to send me a new product scotchgard that I able to protect the fabric, I applied that on my sofa, fabric was getting stain, and made a huge stain. I called the shop factory and explained them the results and asked them to return or exchange set for me I like the furniture and I’m not happy with fabrics. Shop factory said that’s it and they are not able to do anything. They just playing with me to kill the time to pass the return policy time. I told them is it fair to me purchased furniture for $ 4600 that I’m not able to enjoy it and I have to put it in trash because of the stain. They such a big liar and the quality of their fabric furniture are so poor and bad. At the beginning of the purchasing, they are very nice and after purchasing they are not care about anything and not accepting any problem if you really don’t want to losing money, don’t Evan looking at their website.

Its ridiculous what they get away with! We all should contact the bbb. There B- should be a *** sorry it happened to you as well! Why cant people that need cheap furniture be treated like everyone else and not disrespected?

I kept trying their site after for the "contact us" and couldn't get anything!!!! Everyone should stay away

Price matching

This store isn't a very good place to buy or deal with any of their sales people , they aren't interested in giving you the best deal like they say, Once you challenge the\m on the match price here comes a ton of excuses why they can't match. I know it is greed, they are not interested in any type of matching . The sales lady knew exactly what I wanted and I sent here all the information (Renee ) to match the merchandise sent her everything told her the price before hand, and she didn't bother to call back I had to call her, and her statement to me was that it wasn't feasible, after I showed her the price on the same merchandise, she knew the matching price going in and she wasted my time , by not retuning the call and her statement. So you would rather lose a account because of your greed , instead of making a sale , mind you the merchandise I wanted is about seven years old, and they don't sell it at too many places,.. Factory direct is a rip off and they are dishonest no truth . , stay away and go to home gallery direct , where you get the same furniture 600 dollars cheaper stay clear of this rip off company and it is a factory, And you will have friendly honest STAFF.

This company will; never match anyones price and they call themselves a factory, go to a real furniture store and you can price match . I will never deal with this dishonest company ever in life.

I also was approved for credit, now I must turn that down . They will not get anything from me no good reviews from now till they close up.

Awful Service!

I purchased 8 barstools, 5 tables, and a sofa and loveseat a little over a month ago. One of the tables arrived damaged, but I overlooked it. We were told the furniture would be delivered inside the building but when the shipper arrived with the sofa and loveseat we were told we had to remove if from the truck even though both pieces were on a pallette together and there was no lift gate on the truck. I let that issue go as well. But now, about six weeks after the furniture was delivered the frame of the sofa broke in half. ShopFactoryDirect was unwilling to help me replace it because I have an extended warranty. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and should be covered under the one year manufacturers warranty. The customer service rep told me it did not have a manufacturer warranty, but I informed her that it did. She finally admitted that it did have a warranty but the frame breaking wouldn't be covered. I called the manufacturer and they are going to help me. Please beware of ShopFactoryDirect! I wish I had noticed that they have disabled reviews and customer posts on Facebook before I ordered from them because that is clearly a sign of company that has awful customer service!

When we purchased our sectional from Furniture factory direct they really pushed the 5yr Premium protection service, what a joke!!! The sectional is 2yrs old and is PEALING!!!!! all OVER!!!! Not the place where we bought it, the Warranty, or the manufacture! No one is responsible for the awful quality of their product!!! Buyer be SCREWED!!!! We looked for a long time to find just the right piece of furniture. The place, Furniture factory, should not have pushed the *** Warranty. when I called to complain about the pealing, they said to CUT HOLES in the furniture so the warranty would cover the repairs!!! How honest is that? About as honest as the manufacture, and the rest of them!!!!

Bought a sectional in 2015, also the extended PREMIUM 5yr protection plan through Montage Furniture service. What a joke!!!!! Bought from furniture direct in lakewood, paid over 1000,00. The sectional is PEALING!!! EVERY WHERE!!! The place where I bought it does not give a ***, will NOT stand by their product. Also the Protection plan service does NOT give a ***, will NOT stand by their product. Also GLOBE Co who made the piece of *** will NOT stand by their product!! In other words, the buyer can just get screwed. This sectional is pealing, even where it is NOT sat on. Have contacted the BBB and all other consumer protection agency's!!!

My experience with Factory furniture very bad, The sales ppl here are not co-operative and they do not follow a defined process I booked a Sofa & Dining table on 29th March 2015 and till date I have had 4 personal visits and multiple call to know status of delivery, No one starting from store manager to all other sales executive not ready to commit a date. It’s frustrating to not get delivery till date and most importantly I do not even have date from the management.
